Brethren,
A new year is upon us full of new challenges. The Lodge kicked off 2010 with our Installation of Officers.
I would like to thank W. Bro.’s Norm Wright and Milt Brandwein for officiating. Special thanks also to W. Bro.’s John Trainor, Randy Penn, Jim Brigman, and Bro. Mike Zeff for adding music and meaning to our program.
Congratulations to our newly installed officers. The renewed energy and fresh ideas that arise from new officers will effectively strengthen our Lodge and make us grow.
On March 5th we will host our Spring Blood Drive with Bel Bonfils. The Wittelshofer fund will be encouraging your blood or cash donations by buying dinner for all donors. Please make reservations with the Junior Warden.
By now we have all made our New Year’s resolutions and are working hard at achieving our new goals. I would like to ask all of you to add two more resolutions to your list. The first is to make an honest effort to attend at least one meeting or lodge function this year. We would really love to see each and every one of you in attendance. The second is to freely speak about the benefits of Masonry whenever possible to eligible candidates and try to bring in at least one good man to our ranks.
If you accomplish either of these goals then Columbine Lodge and Free Masonry will flourish in 2010. Let’s have an outstanding year
Fraternally,

Robert T. Siebers I
Worshipful Master
